Shepperton UK KAP Semi-Private Class
Semi-Private KAP in Shepperton
An intimate, small-group experience | Maximum 4 participants
Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is a direct transmission of life-force energy, inviting a gradual process of awakening, deeper self-awareness and shifts in consciousness.
A more personal KAP experience
Held at Flow to Heal in Shepperton, these semi-private sessions are limited to just four participants, offering a quieter, more intimate setting in which to relax, surrender and explore your experience.
The smaller group allows Phillippa to offer more individual attention to each participant, alongside the transmission shared with the group as a whole.
This format may particularly appeal to those who prefer a more personal environment, find it difficult to let go in larger groups, or feel more comfortable with additional individual attention.
What makes KAP different?
Unlike self-directed Kundalini practices, KAP centres on receiving rather than actively trying to generate an experience. Within this lineage, the transmission is described as a descending life-force energy that enters through the crown and moves through the body, eventually engaging the Kundalini energy associated with the root.
The emphasis is on allowing rather than striving, with an interest in how the experience may influence your awareness and everyday life over time.
People experience KAP differently. Some report physical sensations, spontaneous movements, emotional responses, imagery, deep relaxation, insights or changes in their perception. Others experience something much more subtle. There is no particular outcome you need to achieve.
What happens during a session?
You'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat with your eyes closed while music plays. Phillippa facilitates the transmission, which may include gentle touch to areas such as the forehead, crown or abdomen, always with your permission.
Your role is simply to relax, remain open to your experience and allow sensations or emotions to arise without forcing anything to happen.
A full explanation of the process will be provided before the session, and you'll have an opportunity to ask questions.
